Terms of Service

By using TechRescue's services, you agree to these terms.

Service Guarantees

We guarantee our repair work for 7 days. If the exact same issue reoccurs within 7 days, we will address it remotely at no additional charge. This does not cover new issues, new malware infections, or hardware failures.

Data Loss

While we take every precaution, TechRescue is not responsible for lost data. You are strongly encouraged to maintain a backup of your personal files before we begin work.

Care Plan Memberships

Care Plan memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Benefits do not roll over. On-site services are not included in the membership fee and are billed separately.
