We Never Cold-Call
TechRescue will never call you unexpectedly to tell you your computer has a virus or that you need a refund. If someone calls you claiming to be TechRescue and asking for remote access, hang up immediately.
Interactive Access Requires Approval
Even if you are a member with our Rescue Ready software installed, we cannot view your screen or move your mouse without you clicking an "Approve" prompt on your end. You can disconnect the session at any time.
