TechRescue respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Remote Access

We cannot and will not access your computer interactively without your explicit on-screen approval for each session. We do not copy, view, or retain your personal files unless specifically requested by you for backup or recovery purposes.

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with service: your name, email, phone number, general location, and basic system specifications (Technology Passport).

Information Sharing

We will never sell your information to third parties. We will never call you to solicit services unprompted.
