Travel Fee Policy
A flat $20 travel fee applies for house calls within our core service area. If you are located outside this core area, we will provide a custom travel quote before booking. On-site services are not eligible for Care Plan member discounts.
Multi-Computer Tune-Up (Up to 3)
A comprehensive house call to optimize, clean up, and update up to three computers in your home.
Mesh Wi-Fi / Router Setup
Installation and configuration of a new wireless router or mesh system for complete home coverage.
New Computer Setup with Transfer
Unboxing, setup, network connection, and transferring user data from your old machine to the new one.
Wi-Fi Optimization & Troubleshooting
Diagnose dead zones, change overlapping channels, and reposition equipment for better speeds.
Data Recovery (Working Drive)
Extracting files from a functioning hard drive removed from a dead or damaged computer.
Hardware Install (Memory/SSD)
Physical installation of RAM or a new Solid State Drive to speed up an older computer. (Parts not included).
