We install our secure, lightweight remote access agent on your computer. This allows us to connect instantly when you request help (and only when you approve it), so you don't have to navigate complicated download instructions while your computer is acting up.
Ask Before You Click (Reasonable Use)
Cybersecurity doesn't require expensive, bundled antivirus software that slows down your computer. The best defense is caution. If you receive a suspicious email, text message, or screen pop-up, you can reach out to us first. We'll take a look and tell you if it's safe.
We also monitor basic device and security status in the background (like whether your built-in firewall is active and if Windows is updating), but this does not mean silent screen viewing. We respect your privacy.
Technology Passport
We keep a secure record of your computer's specifications, warranty status, and operating system. When you call for help, we already know what machine you're using, saving time and frustration.
Business members also receive a quarterly Tech Health Snapshot to proactively identify failing drives or missed updates.

Thinking about buying a new laptop or printer? Don't rely on the commission-based salesperson at the big box store. Reach out to us, tell us what you need it to do, and we'll give you unbiased advice on whether it's a good buy.
Important Plan Details
- Discounts apply only to eligible flat-rate remote services. On-site services are billed separately at standard rates and are not automatically discounted.
- Quick Rescue Checks are designed for diagnosis, basic troubleshooting, or answering quick "how-to" questions. If a safe fix can be completed within the 15 minutes, we will do it. Otherwise, we will quote the appropriate flat-rate service (with your discount applied) before continuing.
- Unused Quick Rescue Checks do not roll over to the next month.
- Hardware failures cannot be fixed remotely. If your computer requires physical repair, we will advise on next steps.
