Computer Support in Rockland County, NY
TechRescue offers remote-first computer help for Rockland County households and solo or home-based businesses. Start here to decide whether your computer, email, software, printer, Wi-Fi or security question can be handled online, and what to tell us when requesting help.
Start with what still works
Tell us which device is affected, whether it can reach a website, and what changed before the problem began. With your permission and a working internet connection, remote support can address many software settings, email sign-ins, printer drivers, updates and suspicious browser messages.
If the computer is offline, contact us from a working phone or another device. We can discuss basic connection checks before deciding whether a remote session is possible. A broken part, disconnected router or computer that will not power on may need physical attention instead.
Choose a guide by your question
Our Suffern guide explains email and account troubleshooting; Airmont covers printer and scanner checks; Hillburn helps separate Wi-Fi problems from computer problems; Sloatsburg focuses on software and security warnings. These are useful starting points, not claims that any community has a particular technical problem.
Each guide is for both home users and people working on their own from home. For a business request, describe the effect on your work and the software involved. We help with everyday computers and accounts, not enterprise systems or guarantees about regulated data.
Remote coverage is not countywide house-call coverage
We have not confirmed on-site eligibility for these communities or for Rockland County as a whole. Ask us to check your address, scheduling and travel quote before booking any in-person work. The $20 core-area travel fee is not a promise that a Rockland address qualifies.
There is no TechRescue storefront or drop-off location in these communities. Membership does not establish house-call eligibility, and visits are separately priced. Start with a help request if you are unsure which service fits.
What it costs
- Care Home: $19/month for the first computer, +$5/month per extra computer.

Membership is not unlimited repairs. See plan benefits for what is included, remote service prices for discounted remote work, and on-site services for separately priced visits. Software subscriptions and replacement parts are not included.
