Keep the old computer working until the new one is fully set up. Make a list of programs you use weekly and any that came with a license key or login you would need again.
What a remote setup looks like
Once the new computer is online, we connect, finish updates, remove trial software you do not want, sign in to email and cloud storage, and move documents, photos and browser bookmarks across.
New-computer support is separate from membership enrollment. The $19 membership setup fee is one-time per account, not a quote for a new-computer setup or data transfer. Check our remote and on-site service lists, and confirm the scope and price before booking.
