We help with that everyday computer setup, not compliance certification, regulated-data handling guarantees, or managed enterprise security. Ask your professional adviser about your obligations before sharing sensitive client information.
The office printer
A shared home printer can interrupt client work when the connection or driver changes. We troubleshoot it from your work computer. Hardware faults and a disconnected router cannot always be resolved remotely.
What it costs
- Care Home: $19/month for the first computer, +$5/month per extra computer.
- Care Business: $29/month for the first computer, +$7/month per extra computer.
- Membership setup: $19 one-time per account, not per computer.
