Our Derby Helo Strap™ extraction device attaches to the helicopter hoist hook for a short-haul or hoist rescue operation. The system allows the rescuer to maintain a position behind the subject securing them around the chest area to perform a quick rescue evacuation. Two cinch straps with handles adjust to quickly secure the subject into the system. Originally developed by a southern California fire department for flood channel rescue, the strap can be used for helicopter hoist pick-off rescues from water or cliffs. Heavy-duty webbing and construction used for long life and durability in harsh environments.
Not intended for a patient with a spinal injury or injuries that require a litter evacuation.

This chest harness turns the Lifesaver Victim Harness into a full-body evacuation harness for vertical lifts during confined space operations or wherever upper body support is needed. It’s easy to attach to the patient under all conditions, and its padding provides added comfort.
Note: Pelvic harness and carabiner sold separately.
Our Lifesaver Victim Harness attaches quickly and securely no matter how or where the victim is positioned. Colored web makes using the harness even easier. Our original V-ring and snap design allows the harness to be put on without the victim having to step into the harness. The tie-in point also doubles as a handle for controlling the victim’s position. One size fits small children to large adults. The storage bag, attached to the harness so it cannot be lost, prevents tangling when accessing the victim. The harness includes a wider two-inch hook-and-loop Web Keeper™ to secure web before deployment.
Note: Additional picture shows harness attached to a CMC Livesaver Victim Chest Harness (#202404) which is sold separately.
The ProSeries Chest Harness attaches to the ProSeries Rescue Harness to turn it into a certified full-body Class III harness. Designed for Rope Rescue and Rappelling
The unique contoured padding pattern and breathable material on the waist and leg of this sit harness provide a snug, comfortable fit while allowing more air circulation. Quick-connect buckles on the legs make donning and doffing fast and easy. The 1-3/4 inch web, used for the adjusting straps, wraps completely around for ultimate strength. The unique construction of our comfortable padding protects the stitching from abrasion where the padding contacts the body. Black web with blue padding. Attachment points: front and rear waist.
Designed for Rope Rescue and Rappelling
Back in 1983 we designed our Rescue Harness to meet the needs of search and rescue better than a recreational climbing harness. The D-ring attachment point made connecting carabiners easy even when hanging in the harness. Extra wide waist and leg loops created more of a work platform than the slim profile of a climbing harness
An excellent choice for a truck company’s rope kit, this simple one-size-fits-most harness uses the same heavy-duty web and buckles as our rescue harnesses and is sewn to the same exacting standards. Its contrasting stitching is easy to inspect and the front D-ring is proof loaded to 16 kN (3,600 lbf).
