Anchor straps have a tough job, and see a lot of wear and tear. Over the years, we’ve learned that cuts and abrasion are the greatest threats to their safety and service life. To dramatically increase both, our Anchor Straps now feature two layers of the same durable mil-spec, resin-coated nylon web. Sewn by our highly skilled workers who make our rescue harnesses, our Anchor Straps feature forged steel D-rings individually proof loaded and sized for easy choker (girth-hitch) configuration when desired. Sewn-on web keeper allows for improved organization when stowed. Use our sized Anchor Strap Sleeves for added edge and abrasion protection.
Strength Specifications for All Sizes:
Basket (U) Configuration: 93 kN (20,906 lbf)
End-to-End Configuration: 45 kN (10,116 lbf)
Choker Configuration: 49 kN (11,015 lbf)
Made from tough #4 duck canvas and a layer of Shelter-Rite™ vinyl, our Anchor Strap Sleeves protect anchor straps from the elements and surface abrasion, reducing wear and tear and increasing safety and service life. The pull string installation feature provides simplicity for feeding straps through the sleeve during initial strap installation and for regular inspections. Available in four sizes. (XL Anchor Strap Sleeve is for use on both our XL and XXL Anchor Straps).

The Fastest Connecting Anchor Strap Solution Available!
Standard anchor straps with D-rings on each end can create tri-axial loading on the connecting carabiner. A delta screw link connecting the two ends of the strap eliminates this hazard, but screw links are slow to fasten and add weight. We’ve eliminated the D-rings and solved both problems with this new design. Simply wrap the strap around the anchor point and clip the integrated ProTech™ Auto-Lock Carabiner into the included 12 mm Delta Quick Link, and you’re ready to connect your system.
Our Load Release Strap makes sizing and tying a load-releasing hitch fast and easy. Constructed from the same high-strength web and hardware as our Anchor Straps, the larger D-ring on the load end has enough space for multiple carabiners. The wide web and multiple wraps provide a high degree of control during release. The strap comes assembled with our red ProTech Oval Carabiner.
CMC created the Pick-Off Strap so that a rescuer could quickly connect to the victim and then adjust the strap to the desired length. Our Pick-Off Strap works well for positioning the victim for a lowering or rappel-based pick-off, or for an assisted rappel. We added a loop to the end for a more positive grip when pulling to adjust.
A CMC Rescue Exclusive
Rick Cearley, a retired senior helicopter pilot for the Los Angeles County Fire Department and inventor of the LSP Cinch Rescue Collar, identified the need for a product to rapidly secure a victim under difficult conditions, such as swiftwater rescues. Despite its simple appearance, this Cearley original design has features developed through years of field use by Los Angeles-area firefighters and rescuers.
Designed by firefighters, our Roof Anchor quickly provides a secure anchor point for roof operations. Set the anchor on the roof and hammer the 1/2-inch (12.7-mm) diameter spike into the surface. When not in use, the spike folds into the handle for safe storage and transport.

Our Variable Anchor Strap differs significantly in design and performance from other adjustable anchor straps. By using an additional length of web, it can handle a higher load before slipping.
Strength Specifications with Blue Web:
Basket (U) Configuration: 70 kN (15,736 lbf)
End-to-End Configuration: 27 kN (6,070 lbf)
Choker Configuration: 39 kN (8,767 lbf)
Strength Specifications with Black Web:
Basket (U) Configuration: 60 kN (13,488 lbf)
End-to-End Configuration: 29 kN (6,519 lbf)
Choker Configuration: 35 kN (7,868 lbf)
CMI Rigging Plates are crafted from aircraft grade aluminum and finished in high visibility yellow. Each plate contains one 2.25" diameter anchor hole and five 0.9" diameter rigging holes. CMI's unique five-hole design allows for center loading making it useful for stretcher operations.
CMI's latest development, our Rescue Swivel, helps to eliminate twisting in critical lines due to load rotation. Its 9000lb (40kN) MBS gives you piece of mind when moving the heaviest of loads, and its sealed ball bearing will keep it operating smoothly for years.
Compliant with NFPA 1983 (2001 edition)
Newly redesigned in a more ergonomic form!
CMI Maxi Rigging Plates are constructed from aircraft grade aluminum and finished in irridescent purple for instant recognition. Each plate contains one 1.25" anchor hole, eleven 0.75" diameter rigging holes, and one 0.8"x3" slot for rigging anchor straps. The eleven hole design allows for center loading making it useful for stretcher operations.
Crafted from stainless steel and contoured identical to the small aluminum bearpaw. Each plate contains one 2.25" diameter anchor hole and five 0.9" diameter rigging holes. CMI's unique five-hole design allows for center loading making it useful for stretcher operations.

The Multi Strap is a multiple use, easy to use, and low cost tool for rescue and rigging. This one tool has over 20 uses; a pick off strap, litter bridle, adjustable footloop, multi point anchor, and patient drag just to name a few. The Multi Strap is a invaluable tool to add to any gear cache.
The BOLT rig plate uses a quick-detatchable stainless steel rod, or ‘bolt’, allowing you to connect your gear directly to the five connection points without using carabiners. The result is a cleaner connection, and when pulleys are involved, more efficient use of space when lined up side by side than when using a traditional rig plate.
The rockStar gives rigging professionals a variety of advantages over flat rigplates. Now professionals have the ability to connect multiple lines from several dimensions to create a floating anchor that before the release of our first 3D rigplate, was cumbersome and complex.
